Jessica (Jessie) Goeke, MSW LICSW (she/her)

Meet Jessie

Jessie is passionate about creating spaces of safety, compassion, and empowerment for clients. Guided by a social justice lens, she is sensitive to the cultural and systemic factors that influence each person’s diverse identity and lived experiences. Jessie believes in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship, and she values working collaboratively with clients to focus on the goals they decide are most important.

Jessie’s approach is primarily relational, exploratory, and strengths-based, with skill-building and resourcing sprinkled in when beneficial. She draws from a variety of modalities, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Integrative or Holistic care. She welcomes humor, sarcasm, swearing, and talking about the things that bring joy – because therapy can hold both the heavy and the light.

Jessie enjoys working with other sensitive, deeply-feeling individuals and helping them navigate living in a world that can often feel overwhelming, as well as those exploring late-identifiedADHD or other neurodivergence. As a therapist with ADHD, Jessie understands the challenges of living in a neurotypical world that doesn’t always accommodate or appreciate the strengths, needs, and intricacies of ADHD brains. She also specializes in women’s health and the complex emotional, biological, and societal experiences that shape it; along with relationships, self-esteem, trauma, and identity work.

Jessie has lived experience of food and body healing, as well as a diagnosis of Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (previously named PCOS), so she brings both clinical and
personal wisdom of these and related experiences to the therapeutic relationship. Using a body liberation and Health At Every Size lens, Jessie is passionate about supporting others who want to change their relationship with their body and challenge the anti-fatness and diet culture messaging they may have internalized.
Jessie is trained in the Anchored Relational Model (formerly known as the Air Network Model) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); both of which support transformative trauma healing from a dignity-based foundation.

Jessie is an independent contractor and primarily sees adult women via telehealth.
