Meet Kaleb
Kaleb offers a grounded, compassionate space where clients don’t have to explain everything to begin healing. Kaleb’s approach leans on clients’ strengths, honors their pace, and trusts their inner wisdom.
One of the main ways Kaleb supports this work is through Brainspotting (BSP)—a gentle, brain-body therapy that uses eye positions to access where trauma, stress, and emotional blocks are stored in the brain and body. It works directly with the nervous system—without needing to talk through every detail.
People often turn to BSP when talk therapy hasn’t been enough, or when they feel overwhelmed, shut down, or stuck. It’s also used by artists, performers, and athletes to move through blocks and reconnect with creativity, flow, and intuition.
Alongside Brainspotting, Kaleb also draws from:
• Internal Family Systems (IFS) – self-leadership and inner harmony
• Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) – values-based change
• Relational psychodynamic therapy– insight through relationship patterns
If the following describes you, Kaleb is ready and available to assist: LBTQIA+ adults, Neurodivergent folks, caregivers, creatives, and those carrying trauma, grief, chronic stress, or a feeling of just being overwhelmed.
Kaleb is an independent contractor and sees clients via telehealth.
