Maria Graff, MA (she/her)
Meet Maria
Maria graduated with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. She believes that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion. She works with individuals, couples, and families, with a special focus on adolescents, blended families, and those connected to the adoption community. Whether clients are navigating major life transitions or feeling stuck in familiar patterns, Maria offers steady, empathetic support.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded. Rather than aiming to “fix” anyone, Maria helps clients deepen their understanding of themselves and move toward greater acceptance and clarity. She creates a safe, respectful space where people can explore their experiences.
Maria’s background includes experience in alcohol and drug counseling, intensive-outpatient programs and a variety of diverse community-based support programs. These experiences inform a practice rooted in cultural responsiveness and humility, honoring the uniqueness of each client’s story and identity.
She is currently under the supervision of Andy Kaehr and is expanding her training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and other related skills as she works toward full licensure.
Maria is honored to walk alongside her clients as they move toward healing, connection, and growth.
