Meet Payton
Payton is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults, specializing in ADHD, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, and identity. Payton’s approach is integrative and relational, drawing from Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. Payton believes that healing happens in connection, with ourselves and others, so she focuses on creating a space where clients feel truly seen, understood, and empowered.
As a clinician with ADHD, Payton understands the challenges neurodivergent folks face in a world largely designed for neurotypical norms. Guided by a social justice lens, she honors the diverse identities and lived experiences that shape each person’s journey. Therapy with Payton is collaborative, engaging, and dynamic – balancing deep emotional work with honesty, warmth, and practical tools tailored to each client. Whether clients are untangling old patterns, exploring their inner world, or seeking more fulfilling relationships, Payton works alongside them to create a path forward that aligns with their values and strengths.
A true extrovert, Payton thrives on connection and can often be found spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
Payton is an independent contractor and currently sees clients via telehealth and in person at her St. Paul, MN office.
