Sarah Frazier, MSW LGSW (she/her)
Meet Sarah
Sarah is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with over 15 years of working with children and 3 years working within the mental health field, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Music and her Masters in Social Work.
As a therapist, Sarah offers a warm, inclusive, and collaborative space where children (3+), adolescents, and adults can explore their inner world, express themselves authentically, and move toward meaningful change. She specializes in supporting clients through anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation.
With a background in theatre and a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, Sarah believes healing often begins when we are given permission to be fully seen and accepted. For children, she provides developmentally sensitive play therapy that allows them to communicate through creativity, movement, and imagination. For teens and adults, she offers talk therapy that blends reflection, emotional insight, and practical tools—often with space for humor, curiosity, and real-life messiness.
Sarah’s approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and an understanding that each client brings their own wisdom to the process. She draws from a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. Her work is client-centered, strengths-based, and always adapted to the unique needs of each person.
Sarah works as an independent contractor and currently sees clients via telehealth and in person in St. Paul.
